Just so we're all clear on this, I am reposting the rules of conduct for the forums.
"CHLforums.com expects its members to uphold the tenets of intelligent and insightful hockey discussions. To accomplish this, the following rules must be followed.
Forum (Team) Moderators are expected to monitor their assigned forums. Upon the first instance of misbehavior, the member will receive a posted warning from a Forum (Team) Moderator, a Site Moderator or the Administrator. If the member in question decides to ignore that warning they will receive an infraction. Infractions will be cumulative, and the Site Moderator's will be automatically notified every time an infraction is given.
"Misbehavior" will be defined as any action taken by an individual member that goes against any set rule. But mostly meaning 'personal attacks', 'baits' designed specifically to rile up other members, AND disrespect towards moderators.
No topics with references to religion or politics will be allowed.
Punishment for multiple infractions will be given out by Site Administrator. Reinstatement to the site after that will be at the discretion on the site Admin.
If a member feels that they have wrongfully received an infraction, they may appeal it with a Site Administrator through a Private Message. Discussions about infractions will not take place in the middle of public threads. The infraction in question will be reviewed, and a decision will be made. All decisions regarding infractions made by the Site Admin are final."
Pretty much the only rule that exists is to not bait people into arguments and personal issues, and to not issue personal attacks. There are separate rules for the moderators, and we will abide by those as well. Let's keep it civil, folks, and above a middle school level.
