A bit of advice for the Rush. Don't wait til the third period to start crashing the net with some dirty-zone shots! Get in there when the puck drops and get yourselves some breathing room. Last night's game ended Ft Wayne home game playoff streak. Now let's see if the Rush can repeat what they did last year against the Eagles and force a game 7 after going down 3 games to 1.
Go Rush!!

Smith didn't make the trip to Rapid, according to the Fort Wayne paper.

They said last night it was his shoulder, but apparently it's his neck.

"I don't know if he's day-to-day. I just don't know," Komets general manager David Franke said. "I don't know if he'll be available for the next game if we don't get the job done in Rapid City."

Apparently the CHL is also reviewing 2 no-call hits requested from both teams. Another check from behind from Reaney and a 2nd highstick no call from Mike Vaskivuo. I doubt either will draw a suspension, but the on ice officials we be alerted to watch for these specific penalties in Game 6

Got love how they throw in a hit from Game #1 - with no penalty called. I love reading the comments below the article - are the Rush really that physical to man-handle the K's. I must admit that I do enjoy reading some of it - it's worth a good laugh.

Sounds typical of what comes out of Ft. Whine. If Smith is as good as Schrock is at dancing maybe they could both audition for The River Dance !!! ;) ;) ;)

Boy I sure hope your right Kazin. That would be awesome to move on in that fashion. Let's drop the puck & see what happens.
